The focus will also be on consequences i n relation to studies and career as well as practical implications for the treatment and reduction of self-doubt associated with the imposto r phenomenon and the resulting consequences. Lecturer: Dr. Mona Leonhardt (Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main) holds a degree in psychology and an interdisciplin ary doctorate. She has been researching the impostor phenomenon for se veral years and has published various articles in national and interna tional journals and given lectures on the subject. She is also co-edit or of the Impostor Self-Concept Questionnaire\, the German-language me thod for recording the Impostor phenomenon. She is a non-medical pract itioner in psychotherapy\, a certified psychological expert and\, in a ddition to her university work\, is active as a coach and speaker.
